VOCAL  RESET IN 3 LESSONS

With the ARS method, you can achieve a voice reset in just three lessons.

Before deciding whether a singer’s voice is suitable for reset, an audition is needed to identify the voice resistances that prevent the free flow of the voice.

(NB. in the ARS method we never talk about errors, but only about resistances to overcome).

The Reset is a full immersion teaching of all phases of the study process from 1 to 7, with the exception of phase 8, that of performing the songs live.

All three lessons are based on results: at the beginning of each lesson, the goal to be achieved is clearly indicated.

First lesson

We will deeply face the following phases: 1;2;3 of the study process.

• Explanation of the method in its theoretical part
• Explanation of the learning mechanisms of the voice muscle
• Posture analysis and exercises to improve it
• Theoretical explanation and practical exercises to learn diaphragmatic breathing in elasticity and not in force

Second lesson

We will deeply face the following phases 4;5 of the study process.

• Explanation of vocal warm-up exercises
• Vocalize to learn flow, homogenize vocal registers and sing effortlessly even high notes
• Application of the principles of flow to the piece sung
• Explanation and assignment of self-learning exercises to overcome resistances

Third lesson

We will deeply face the following phases 6;7 of the study process

• Musical interpretation (phrasing) of the piece and scenic (essential aspects of acting)
• Exercises to find the Sound Body
• Advice on professional career management, repertoire, auditions, agents, competitions and vocal hygiene advice
